Bellande has also finished in the money in other WSOP* and World Poker Tour events, appearing on TV in the WPT invitational “Bad Boys of Poker II.”
Of Haitian descent, Jean-Robert first made a name for himself promoting some of L.A.’s hottest nightclubs like the Roxbury, Tatou of Beverly Hills and the Gate. He also opened up his own Hollywood night spot, Sky Sushi.
Born in Long Island, N.Y., Bellande was brought up in Asia and later graduated with a BA in marketing from Azusa Pacific University.
