Morris Mohawk Marketing ("Sponsor") is offering the Bodog Poker Mini Series (“Contest”).

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to participants 21 years of age or older who have a current Bodog member player account. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, representatives, agents, promotion and other vendor agencies involved in this contest, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, regardless of where they live) and individuals residing in the same household (whether or not related) as those employees, officers and directors are not eligible to participate. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.
HOW TO ENTER: The player should go to the
Bodog Poker Mini Series page to review information about the Contest. The buy-in for each Qualifying Round will vary from $10+$1 to $100+$9. There is no buy-in charge for participation in the Semifinal or Final Rounds. Sponsor, affiliates, sales representatives, participating retailers, distributors and promotion and other vendor agencies involved in this promotion are not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, or misdirected entries. Entrant must include all data requested for the Contest entry to be valid. Limit one entry per person. Subsequent entries from the same individual will be automatically disqualified. Odds of winning depend on skill and number of participants.
THE TOURNAMENT: Qualifying Rounds: The first tournament will be held 30 May 2008 at 9:00pm ET. Additional tournaments will be held as per the posted tournament schedule. The last qualifying round will be held on 3 July 2008 at 9:00pm. The top thirty percent (30%) of players in the qualifying rounds will earn points towards the Tournament Leader Board.
Semifinal Round: On 8 July 2008 at 9:00pm ET, the players ranked 5th-100th on the Tournament Leader Board will be invited to play in a tournament, with the top 18 finishers becoming eligible for the Final Tournament.
Final Round: The top four (4) finishers on the Tournament Leader Board the top 18 finishers in the Semifinal and 5 “Wild Cards” selected randomly from all players that played in at least 3 Bodog Poker Mini Series Qualifying Tournaments will be invited to play in the Final Round, which will be held Thursday 10 July 2008 at 9:00pm ET.
FINAL ROUND PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE:Three (3) FIRST PRIZES of a $12,000 WSOP* Prize package consisting of the $10,000 buy-in for the 2009 WSOP* Main Event and $2,000 for travel expenses. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $12,000 USD.
Six (6) Consolation Prizes of $T109 to play in Bodog’s $100K Guaranteed. (ARV $109)
Prize consists only of items specifically listed as part of the prize. Certain conditions and restrictions apply. Prize is nontransferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed, except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of the same approximate retail value. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Value of all prizes to be awarded is $ 36,654. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and fees.
WINNERS: Prizes will be awarded as noted above. In some cases, the potential prize winner must complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility, mutually acceptable liability release, and publicity release within seven (7) calendar days after notice is sent, or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner will be selected, time permitting. Any necessary alternate winners will be selected in a similar random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries received. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s consent that his/her name, likeness, voice, and/or biographical data may be used for advertising and promotional purposes without limitation and without additional notice, compensation, or consent.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Participants agree (a) that Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (individually and collectively “Releasees”) are released, will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by participants against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind (whether due to negligence or otherwise) to person(s), including death, or property, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize, or participation in this Contest or any Contest or prize related or travel related activities and (b) winners grant (and agree to confirm that grant in writing) permission to Sponsor and those acting under its authority the right to the use of his/her name, picture, likeness, voice, video, biographical information and statements, at any time or times, for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the Internet and World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winners may be required to be photographed with representative(s) of Bodog and provide Bodog with a quote containing their true thoughts about Bodog and the Contest. Any such meeting with Bodog representative(s) for the stated purposes will be arranged with the winner(s) by Bodog at a mutually convenient time and place, and the reasonable cost (as solely determined by Bodog) of a winner's attending the meeting will be borne by Bodog. This quote and/or photo may be used (but Bodog will be under no obligation to do so) on the above and/or Bodog web sites and/or in newsletters and/or press releases (or as otherwise solely determined by Sponsor) concerning the Contest. Disclaimer Of Warranties: Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize, or portion of any prize, furnished in connection with the Contest. If a winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected, time permitting. Once travel documents are issued, they may not be changed without the approval of Sponsor, which may be withheld for any reason. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of the Contest or in the announcement of prizes. Only the stated prizes will be awarded. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Contest, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Contest is undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or any cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control, Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Contest without further obligation and, if so, Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award the prize from among all valid and eligible entries received. ONLINE REGISTRATION: If for any reason the Contest, including the online portion, is not capable of running as planned, including disruptions caused by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause that corrupts, affects or compromises the administration, security, fairness, integrity, proper conduct or intended play of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual Sponsor or its designated agents deem responsible and Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest, with appropriate alternate method of prize award selected. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, including any erroneous appearance of qualification for a prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or provider, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by Sponsor due to technical problem or traffic, congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Contest.
